Our digital printing department, equipped by up-to-date ink-jet pigment printers, is able to printing in an excellent quality on every kind of fabric whether black, colored or white.
DIRECT SUBLIMATION PRINTING – CALENDER SUBLIMATION ROLL TO ROLL
Our sublimation printing department, thanks to latest generation high resolution printing plotter machinery, is able to range from photographic prints full of details to vintage ones, depending on the different chemical composition of every synthetic fabric. Thanks to this technology we can work in two different way:
Direct sublimation printing : direct printing on cutting fabrics or on complete sewing garments.
Calender sublimation roll to roll. Thanks to our Monti calenders we are able to transfer the printing papers (printing personally by us or given to us by our customers) directly on a bolt of cloth. With this technique is it possible to print on polyester satin textile, lycra for beach wear, lace cloth, special textile for sport purpose and so on.
HOT-FIX TRANSFER
The development of hot-fix transfers starts to the research of the different materials up to the creation of transfer motifs realized with Korean, Czech or Swarovski rhinestones and other kind of hot-fix materials such as rhinestuds, domestuds, crystal mesh, hot-fix films and so on. This department offers the chance to enrich more our printing, offering to our customers an additional service.
GRAPHIC DEPARTMENT
